Certified Orthotist
Braceworks is a well-established private practice operating in Calgary since 1996. We are committed to helping people with movement disorders lead active lives over the course of their growth and development from childhood and on into adulthood. We are seeking a professional with clinical experience in orthotics combined with post-secondary education in biomechanics, kinesiology or biomedical engineering and an interest in applied research to join our highly experienced clinical and technical team supported by strong practice management.

Responsibilities include developing and managing a client caseload to deliver orthoses and assistive equipment of exceptional fit and function. You are committed to building long-term relationships with patients and playing an active role with other members of their multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Candidates for the position will be a Certified Orthotist recognized by the Canadian Board of Certification for Prosthetists and Orthotists with 3 years work experience. We will also consider applicants who have completed a recognized clinical program of studies and are in the process of completing their internship in preparation to sit the certification exam as prescribed by CBCPO.
