Expedite insurance claims for custom foot orthotics

Submit a claim to your insurer after your Braceworks custom foot orthotics are fitted
Your employer or insurance company requires these documents:

  1. Your physician’s prescription indicating medical diagnosis.
  2. Receipt from Braceworks.
  3. Braceworks Biomechanical exam and scan results, including technical specifications and fabrication.
