Celebrate the Journey – Transition Fair for Families in Calgary Sept 30, 2017

The transition from children’s services to adult services for youth with a disability can be challenging. Information, education and support make it easier. The goal of the annual Transition Fair is to share information about adult resources in Calgary and surrounding area.

A variety of agencies, organizations and associations will be at the Fair to answer questions and provide information about the support they provide. There will also be an information session about PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities), AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped) & Guardianship/Trusteeship from Noon to 1:00 pm.
