Fees

Orthotic devices including servicing to accommodate growth and development and/or changes in condition are a cost-shared benefit covered by AADL.

As a cost-shared benefit, patients are responsible for 25 percent of the cost of new devices and/or service to existing devices up to a maximum of $500 per family per benefit year (July 1st to June 30th).

$0.00 for service during the initial 90-day warranty period

$8.29 per calf strap
$11.85 per ankle strap
$34.84 per complex adjustment

Fees for these services are included in the $500 maximum patient portion.
