Integrating Research, Practice, and Policy for Improving Youth Transitions to Adulthood in Alberta will be a unique opportunity to bring attention to the importance of optimizing youth transitions to adult life.
This 2 day provincial event is designed to bring together service providers and policy makers from across systems to hear from researchers, innovative practitioners, and youth/families to engage in discussions about next steps. Submitted abstracts are now being reviewed. Successful submissions will be confirmed soon and the conference program will be posted once available. |
