  • diagnosis, assessment, and management of health concerns for children
  • education to patients and their families about their conditions and how to prevent complications
  • patient and family access to service providers

Service providers may include dietitians, doctors, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), occupational therapists (OTs), pharmacists, physiotherapists, registered nurses (RNs), social workers.

Multiple Sclerosis Clinic
Dr. Stephanie Plamondon
Offers assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of people with multiple sclerosis.

Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of people with multiple sclerosis (MS), including:

  • making sure clients have the right diagnosis
  • consultations about the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system
  • helping clients get the care they need from a team of neurologists, physiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists
  • working with community agencies, including the MS Society, Home Care, and Continuing Care to provide care to clients
  • collecting information about MS and providing it for education and research projects about the cause and treatment of MS
