Virtual Programs! Our FREE Online Programs have officially opened for February registration and we have room for you! There is something for all ages and abilities each day of the week.

We also have support groups and fun ways for teens to connect across the province. Our Programs Team has been working hard to provide the best programming so no one feels left out. Come join us!

Cha Cha Boogie – Zumba (February)
Ages 0-18
Mondays from 4:30-5:30 pm
Hosted on Zoom. Cost $0.00
Participants provincewide are encouraged to have fun and be physically active. They will learn new skills as they attend and participate in several different dance styles taught by the Zumba Instructor. Zumba dances are chosen and modified for all ability levels.

Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 pm

Music empowers participants with self-expression and increased self-confidence, in this music therapy program, participants gain the opportunity to learn new songs, sing, and dance along with the music. The supportive, warm atmosphere of this program provides a safe space for participants to make their own sound, and has been shown to increase self-confidence.
Fun Expressions (February)
Ages 0-18
Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm
Hosted on Zoom. Cost $0.00
Participants provincewide are encouraged to have fun and be creative. They will learn new skills as they complete each project. Projects are chosen and modified to utilize materials that they already have at home or that are easily accessible.
Boogie Shake – Zumba (February)
Ages 18+
Mondays from 3:00-4:00 pm

Yoga Lotuses (February)

This introductory gentle movement yoga class is designed to assist with healing body and mind and provides the opportunity for participants to explore Yoga in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Clients increase mobility and manage stress by stretching their muscles in this class.
Alberta Meet-Up Group (February)
Ages 18+
Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm
Hosted on Zoom. Cost $0.00
This virtual meet-up will keep participants connected from the comfort of their homes. Topics discussed will change weekly depending on the participants interest. These meet-ups can include game night, talent show, virtual tours of museums, art galleries etc.

Learn the basics about computers in a supportive environment. The ComputAbilities class is for anyone who wants to learn how to use basic Microsoft Office programs as well as the basics of social media. No previous experience required!
Friday Fun Connections (February)

Fun Connections provides the opportunity for adult’s province-wide to get together to experience a variety of activities, including a game day, presentations, sports and other activities that are of interest to the group!
Parent Support Group – ALL AGES (February)
Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm
Hosted on Zoom. Cost $0.00
Our support group for parents of children with disabilities will create a safe space for the participants to discuss their experiences with raising children with disabilities. Weekly discussions with our social worker and other parents will help answer questions that participants might have, and help by providing resources to navigate through this unpredictable time.
